Q. I never received a confirmation email for my order?

A. If you have not received any email after ordering your items, please check your spam folder. We send an email when you order and when we dispatch your order.

Q. My order has not arrived

A. Please contact us if you have waited more than 4 working days for delivery, please note items may be a little slower arriving around Christmas and the New Year.
