Cotton protective barrier face masks with Silver Ions

These masks are for adults, they have an elastic (around ear) to secure in place.

The mask has 2 layers, it has the following features:

• 1st layer of 100% cotton, with antibacterial silver ions, Silver Plus technology
• 2nd layer of nonwoven cover – medical wigofil
• the mask effectively covers the face, mouth and nose
• the mask meets the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® safety standards
• The mask is attached to the face with an elastic rubber matched to the colour of the fabric
• the “stiffening nose” and pleats are sewn into the centre of the mask allow it to be properly adjusted to the face
• the Mask dimensions, without straps  – 17 cm x 10 cm.   – the masks extend about 1 cm.

Please note: The mask size vary slightly with a manufacturer’s tolerance +/- 2 cm.

Maintaining the mask, you can:

• hand and dry cleaning at 60 degrees
• iron
• disinfect in an autoclave
• the mask is durable, up to 20 washes.
• the product is not sterile.

The mask meets the guidelines of a polish national consultant in the field of infectious diseases, for masks intended for people who do not practice medicine and who have not been confirmed to have active COVID 19 infection. The face mask is produced in Poland from Certified Materials

The IRISH Government’s guidelines on cloth face coverings say they should:

• cover the nose and go under the chin and
• fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
• be secured with ties or ear loops
• include at least two layers of fabric
• allow for breathing without restriction.
